Mhango: I'm the Goat

AmaZulu FC striker Gabadinho Mhango has explained his slow start for the club following his headline move from Orlando Pirates earlier this season.

Mhango says with his talent he will soon hit his best form as the FIFA break gave him enough time to settle at his new club.

"I am the GOAT (greatest of all time) of Malawi [laughing]" Mhango tells KickOff.com.

"To be honest that's how people take it, but to tell you the truth there are better players over there in Malawi.

"I'm hoping to become one of the best in Malawi, but when it comes to the latest achievements yes I'm the GOAT.

"I can't say I'm on the same level as Messi though, Messi is on another level.

"I'm not sure who is the GOAT in the PSL though because every day there's a new player who impresses."

About his performance for AmaZulu so far he said, "no we have many new players at the club but soon everything will fall into place."

"But I think we getting there, we will be there soon. There are still more goals coming from me because at the end of the day we still have to score goals.

"I don't mind if I don't score because at the end of the day the team comes first.

"Contributing to the team that's what comes first. At the end of the day, we all have one goal."
