Mosimane previously stated he would be interested in national team jobs in the near future and was linked with Nigeria, before they eventually appointed Finidi George in April to officially succeed Jose Peseiro.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns tactician has also been linked with the head coach position at Kaizer Chiefs.
