Denmark came from the brink of elimination to hold Serbia to a goalless draw and progressed to the knockout stages.

Interestingly, the Danes had a decent start to the tournament and needed a win to keep any hopes to go away and be a force for good.
Both teams maintained composed all round and played more on the counter using high overlapping that cut inside as the search for victory raged.
