Balotelli, 30, becomes the latest marquee signing at the ambitious project led by former Italy Priminister and Milan president Silvio Berlusconi.
Berlusconi and chairman Adriano Galliani who was at the heart of Milan's dominance in the 90s and early 2000s sold the Serie A giants in 2017 before embarking on the journey with the then fourth-tier club.
Two seasons and as many promotions later, Balotelli, a three-time Serie A winner, has been lured to the club in an attempt to fire Christian Brochi's side to the top-flight for the first time in their 108-year history.
