Both sides have had quiet transfer windows so far, but it seems both will be getting a new signing before the window slams shut on Friday.
Kurzawa was heavily linked with a move to English Premier League outfit Arsenal, but PSG manager Thomas Tuchel confirmed discussions have taken place for the swap deal.
"I have already given the all-clear to this exchange," Tuchel said, as per Football Italia.
"but nothing has yet been decided between the two clubs. The situation is still open, so that is why Kurzawa won't be in the squad against Lille."
Sarri also confirmed on Friday that the deal involving De Sciglio and Kurzawa is a very possible.
"The director (Fabio Paratici) told me that this swap is a possibility, but it's not done yet," said the former Chelsea head coach.
"Honestly, I know very little of Kurzawa because I didn't study his skills. Watching him on TV doesn't mean studying him".
