Another European giant now reportedly wants Mason Greenwood, while a special clause in his contract is also said to have been revealed.
The Manchester United loanee is believed to be a target of Serie A side Lazio, with the club's president Claudio Lotito "obsessed" with the idea of signing the forward, according to La Lazio Siamo Noi.

It is said that Le Aquile were close to completing a loan deal that would have seen the England international make his return to football in Italy after the Crown Prosecution announced in February that charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault occasioning actual bodily harm against him had been discontinued.
Greenwood ended up joining Getafe in Spain instead, where he is expected to spend the rest of the 2023/24 campaign.
However, it is believed that Lotito is readying himself to try to convince the Red Devils to break their agreement with the LALIGA side and facilitate a permanent transfer to Lazio.
Greenwood has found the back of the net on four occasions in 13 appearances for his new club, and also provided three assists.
The Englishman's contributions in front of goal would certainly be welcomed by Lazio, who have managed to score only 16 goals in 15 league games so far this season.
He has also been linked with a switch to Real Sociedad, while reports suggest that a number of unnamed Premier League clubs are also keeping a close eye on him.
However, Getafe are reportedly eager to keep their new-found talisman in Madrid, having already publicly admitted their desire to hold on to the forward beyond the current campaign.
The striker's loan deal with the Spanish club, meanwhile, contains a sell-on clause that ensures that the LALIGA side will get 20% of any transfer fee should United sell him to another club, according to The Athletic h/t TEAMtalk.

Alternatively, Geta Azulones would only have to pay 80% of an agreed transfer fee if they reach a deal with the Manchester club to sign Greenwood on a permanent basis.
