After getting on the scoresheet in Brazil's 5-1 thrashing of Tunisia on Tuesday night, Neymar reached a special milestone for his country, etching his name into the history books alongside Pele and Lionel Messi.
The Selecao star has been in excellent form for Paris Saint-Germain so far this season, having already registered 11 goals and eight assists in just 11 matches across all competitions.

It appears his fine form has continued on the international stage, with the 30-year-old scoring a 29th-minute penalty for his country against Tunisia on Tuesday, while Richarlison, Pedro, and Raphinha also got on in on the goals, with the latter scoring a brace.
Neymar's strike from the spot was his 75th goal for his nation, seeing him become only the third player in South American football history to reach that tally behind Brazil icon Pele and Messi, who have 77 and 90 international goals, respectively, according to Transfermarkt.
The Selecao No. 10 also now trails Pele by only two goals as the leading goalscorer of all time for the five-time FIFA World Cup champions.
National team captain Thiago Silva hailed the PSG forward's performances this season after their convincing win over the Eagles of Carthage, who will also be competing at the World Cup in Qatar later this year.

"Neymar is incredible. A magician," Silva said, according to PSGtalk.
"He had big injuries, but this year he was able to prepare well during the holidays, I was with him in Brazil and I saw him.
"Neymar does everything to help PSG."
