Barcelona will have happy memories of their visit to the Santiago Bernabeu from last season, after securing an impressive 4-0 victory to hand Xavi his first Clasico win.
Raphinha has now warned that Los Blancos should be fearful of the Catalans heading into Sunday's encounter.
"I'm a little anxious about the Clasico, but I'm fine with my head," the Brazilian told Marca.
"We're leaders. I'm not saying fear, but if anyone has to be a little careful, it's them.
"We're confident and we're going to do everything possible to win."
Raphinha was on target when Barcelona defeated Los Blancos 1-0 in a pre-season friendly in Las Vegas three months ago.
