Zimbabwe reveals plans for mega renovations

The Zimbabwe Football Association has unveiled plans to build a stunning new facility at their headquarters, with visuals of the planned structures already revealed.

ZIFA are now ramping up their plans of building a new state-of-the-art facility at ZIFA Village in Mount Hampden.

The organisation has confirmed that they will build a technical centre, dormitory, changing rooms, and other outdoor works.

3D plans of the proposed project have also been unveiled, while a tender has also been advertised. 

"Zimbabwe Football Association, (ZIFA) is an organisation whose main purpose is to promote and foster the development of the game of football in Zimbabwe," the football body confirmed, according to Soccer24.

"To meet its objectives, ZIFA intends to construct a Technical Centre, Dormitory, Pitch side changing rooms and outdoor Civil Engineering works at the Zifa Village in Mt Hampden."

Elsewhere, the Warriors are on the brink of qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, with a win or draw in their next qualifier against Kenya on 15 November sure to guarantee them a spot at the tournament.
