A former Al Ahly star let his feelings towards Percy Tau be known as he urged the club to part ways with the South African.
The 30-year-old's contract with the Egyptian is said to expire in June next year, with it believed that the player has attracted the interest of clubs in the Gulf region as well as being linked with a move to Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs.

Now, however, ex-Red Devils star Ahmad Sedik has stated that he believes the former Brighton Hove Albion star no longer has anything to offer to the 12-times CAF Champions League winners.
Speaking on the Egyptian television program +90, the retired midfielder revealed that he hopes that he is wrong, but added that his opinion is based on his observations.
"I feel that Percy Tau has nothing else to offer with Al Ahly Club. I hope I am wrong, but this is what I see," Sedik said per Al-Masry Al-Youm.
"The player's condition for a long time means that he no longer has anything to offer Al Ahly."
The attacker will spend some time on the sidelines after sustaining an injury during a 2026 World Cup qualifier against Nigeria last week.
The Egyptian giants then confirmed in a statement that it had received medical records from Bafana Bafana which indicated that he had "suffered a second-degree hamstring strain".

With the international break for CAF sides now over, the Egyptian Premier League is set to resume with Marcel Koller's side set to take on 16th-placed Pharco FC on Friday night.
