With Asante Kotoko set to face off against Kaizer Chiefs later this month in the Toyota Cup, here's a look at some of the former players from the Ghanaian club who have played in South Africa.
The inaugural edition of the tournament took place last year, with Chiefs losing to Tanzanian giants Young Africans.
The second edition of the Toyota Cup will see two African heavyweights, Chiefs and Kotoko, lock horns at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, 26 July.

Although it’s rare to see Ghanaian opposition taking on South African clubs, there are some noteworthy connections between Asante Kotoko and South Africa.
For starters, only one player has represented both Chiefs and Kotoko: retired striker Louis Agyemang.
Agyemang played for Amakhosi between 2005 and 2008, while his stint at Kotoko came in late 2008 and ended in 2010.
Meanwhile, two ex-Kotoko players, Yakubu Mohammed and Mohamed Awal, also had spells at Maritzburg United, now known as Durban City.
Notably, Durban City will play in the Betway Premiership next season following their promotion from the second tier.
Another former Kotoko player who spent time in the South African top flight was Kwabena Adusei, who wore the colours of Mpumalanga Black Aces.
