Wayne Rooney has added the first plug-in hybrid vehicle from the BMW group- the BMW i8- to his already impressive collection.
The BMW i8 is leaps a head of many hybrid vehicles launched over the last couple of years in terms of performance and design, which justifies its R1.7 million price tag.
The i8 accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and top speeds at 250 km/h using a combination of an electric motor and a powerful low emission petrol engine.
