AM are the new boys in the block, but that can be easily forgotten given that they currently sit second on the DStv Premiership table, with under 10 games to go.
The eThekwini outfit has caught the eye of many both on and off the field, as their owner Shauwn Mkhize and chairman Andile Mpisane are recognised figures in the business and entertainment sectors.

A growing fan base
Their acquisition of former Orlando Pirates superfan Mama Joy Chauke also shows their aspirations of becoming a top club and staple in the South African topflight.
It seems clear that Mama Joy will be the face of the club's supporters and in doing so, the club has officially made their fan jersey available for purchase, despite it being unveiled in 2021.
The wait is complete
Thwihli Thwahla confirmed that "the wait is over" through their Instagram page, where they released an image of the jersey, captioned with: "Beautiful in its simplicity. Enhance your style and get noticed."
The jersey strikes a resemblance with one of the club's white alternative kits, but there are some notable differences in the design of the team's crest on the side of the shirt. Some of the sponsors that can be seen on the regalia include Durban Tourism and the apparel manufacturer JS Sport.
