Orlando Pirates star Linda Mntambo has revealed the newest addition to his football jersey collection and it begs the question of where his loyalties lie!
In a general sense, the football jersey you buy or wear suggests which club you support. However, with kits becoming more and more stylish and with the trend of incorporating their tops into casual or streetwear outfits, it is becoming increasingly difficult to own jerseys from the single club that you support.

No longer a matter of loyalty
It seems that the more fashionable the club jerseys become, the harder it is to resist the temptation of buying another club's shirt.
A prime example of this is the Pirates attacker Mntambo, who has now revealed his liking for either Inter Milan or simply their 2020/21 home kit.
While we have previously seen the likes of Moroka Swallows' Keletso Makgalwa and SuperSport United's Teboho Mokoena wearing jerseys of different clubs, an excuse can be made for them as they only wore shirts made by their brand partner PUMA.
Mntambo, meanwhile, has interchanged between different brands, thus suggesting that it is not exactly a matter of his endorsement deal, but rather more of a personal liking for whichever top – we playfully speculate.
Did you know?
According to Transfermarkt, the 32-year-old Bucs star has only one Bafana Bafana cap to his name, which came in August 2017 under then-manager Stuart Baxter.
