Swallows were ordered to pay Phelelani Mvelase's agreed settlement fee or face possible consequences.
"We are waiting for the league to respond to the letter we sent them," President of the Footballers Union of South Africa (FASU), Taelo Motloung.
"We've sent a letter asking the league to deduct from the club's grant money, remember, the grant was paid somewhere around the 15th or 16th.
"This shows clubs don't respect the ruling of the DRC. They don't respect our football rules.
"It has always been a norm in South African football. They don't comply with the obligations of the contract.
"What is disappointing is that they expect the players to honour their contracts.
"Why enter into a financial agreement when you are not going to comply?
"Take for instance Platinum City Rovers, they always default on the agreement they have with players.
"In the NSL handbook, there is a clause in rule 50.4 that says if a club keeps doing the same mistake, they must be banned from registering players in the next transfer window.
"We are going to start applying that sanction now.
"We are not fighting the clubs, but those are the rules those are the laws. Clubs must just comply with their financial obligations.
"We as FUSA are going to apply that. If a club repeats the same mistake, from now on we are going to apply for sanction.
"It's there in the NSL rules."
