Former Swallows star makes move to Eswatini

Swazi giants Mbabane Highlanders have completed the signing of former Moroka Swallows defender Pentjie Zulu until the end of the season.

Zulu was initially set to join Mbabane Swallows before penning down a six-month deal with Highlanders. The former Black Leopards defender is set to make his official debut for Inkunzi when they play against Louis FC in the Ingwenyana Cup this weekend.

Highlanders PRO Kenneth Dlamini has confirmed the arrival of the South African defender in their camp.

"It's true that he trained with Swallows. We approached him and there was a change of heart," Dlamini tells KickOff.

"All his papers are sorted out. He was supposed to play against Moneni Pirates in the league match on the weekend but the issue was match fitness. He will be available for our next match," he added.

Zulu is the second player to be registered with Mbabane Highlanders this season after striker Kenneth Moloto.
