Player agent Mike Makaab has detailed the complicated reasons why his client Promise Mkhuma is unable to play football this season.
Swallows are unable to register Mkhuma until their ongoing FIFA-enforced transfer ban handed to them at the beginning of the season is lifted.

Makaab has already made it clear they will consider all options available in the upcoming January transfer window as he aims to move the player to another club.
Mkhuma joined Swallows FC from Mamelodi Sundowns on a two-year deal.
FIFA banned the DStv Premiership club from all transfer activities after they failed to pay monies owed by Serbian duo Vladimir Mandic and Obren Cuckovic.
According to the football mother-body, the ban will last for two years.
Former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi and Evans Rusike are some of the players the Dube Birds could not sign due to the ban.
"Promise Mkhuma he is a Swallows player; he is currently waiting for the transfer ban to be lifted," Makaab tells KickOff.
Swallows are currently at position 14 on the log table with 13 points in 12 matches.
Only two points separate them from Maritzburg United who is at the bottom of the table.
Swallows' first match after the FIFA break will be away to on-form Richards Bay FC who sits in position 2 on the Dstv Premiership log table.
