Orlando Pirates star Linda Mntambo purchased a bespoke pair of new shoes this week. Here's a look!
Love was the main theme of this week due to Valentine's Day on Monday. However, while others were caught up celebrating their romantic relationships, others like Mntambo focused their efforts on obtaining a new set of kicks.

Quality player, quality style
American actress Octavia Spencer once said: "One thing I've learned is to be comfortable in your skin, and more importantly, be comfortable in your shoes."
We imagine that would strike a chord to Mntambo, as he added to his growing collection of kicks. The 32-year-old approached South African designer brand Master Suit, a store that is said to produce handcrafted items using some of the finest luxury fabrics that meet international standards.
Playing a part in the creative process
Mntambo was presented with a few sneakers and he was then given an option to pick the fabric or colourway that would he like his shoes to be designed in, it seemed. Mntambo appears to have chosen a semi-formal sneaker which is ideal when one would rather not wear formal footwear with a suit.
These types of shoes are known to be a more comfortable alternative in formal wear, as they blend well with coats, shirts and suits in general.
