Orlando Pirates' Micho looks ahead to Platinum Stars, Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Downs clashes

Pirates will resume their campaign against bottom club Platinum Stars at Orlando Stadium on October 18.

Three days later they will meet arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium before entertaining Sundowns on November 1.

Sredojevic says Bucs, who trail log leaders Baroka by three points after seven games, have some work ahead if they are to match The Ghost's expectations.

“Going to the break we need to do correct domination, creating chances, to keep it up, and to correct the defensive aspect and correct conversion ratio,” said the Serbian, whose side played to a 2-2 draw with struggling Polokwane City in their previous outing.

“We need to convert much more of our chances and we shall be the team to satisfy the standards of our supporters.”

'Micho' added: “We have work in front of us, practically three weeks before we play our next game against Platinum Stars. We shall use this time to correct whatever is wrong.

“Whatever is good, to keep it up and enter the next set of matches that is going to be Platinum Stars, Kaizer Chiefs and Sundowns much more stronger and competitive, and show we are on the right track.”

Micho should be boosted by the availability of injured strikers Thabiso Kutumela and Lyle Foster, as well as winger Riyaad Norodien and midfielder Thamsanqa Sangweni.
