The match, which will start at 15h30, was originally scheduled for October 28.
Chiefs announced the change on Twitter, saying: 'Fixture Change: Please note that the Soweto Derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will now play on the 21st of October 2017.
'New Date: Kaizer Chiefs vs. Orlando Pirates, Saturday 21 October 2017, FNB Stadium, 15h30.'
Amakhosi will travel to African champions Mamelodi Sundowns four days before the game, while Bucs will enter the match on the back of a visit from Platinum Stars.
The Glamour Boys' contest with Golden Arrows this Saturday at the same venue also has a new kick-off time of 20h00.
