Among the many talking points from last Saturday's Soweto Derby, the little spoken about concerns how a Kaizer Chiefs player may have 'gotten away with murder', and a refereeing expert has now given clarity.
Orlando Pirates rallied from behind to win 2-1 at FNB on Saturday in a derby that gave spectators their money's worth.

In true Soweto Derby fashion, the match was not without its fair share of controversial calls. Reviewing the proceedings on SABC Sport's Soccer Zone on Monday evening, Victor Hlungwani revealed that Chiefs should have been reduced to 10.
This, after Zitha Kwinika stamped on Relebohile Mofokeng and went on to clumsily kick at Kabelo Dlamini.
"Let's go to Kwinika," said the former PSL referee, pointing to the screen for slow motion reference.
"We see a tackle. We are talking about serious foul play, a player using excessive force with studs. Some say he got the ball, but after getting the ball, he stamped on Mofokeng.
"After stamping, he kicked the ball. After kicking the ball, what is that (foul on Dlamini)? That is serious foul play. You are endangering the safety of an opponent.
"You can see the foul there for stepping on Mofokeng, and therefore, that is foul number one. Then, number two, after kicking, he uses excessive force when kicking (Dlamini), which endangers the safety of the opponent.
"The player should have been sent off," revealed Hlungwani.
Post-match, Amakhosi head coach Nasreddine Nabi said he believed his side should have been awarded a penalty when Mduduzi Shabalalala was seemingly tackled in the box by Mbekezeli Mbokazi.
But Hlungwani held a different view.
"Here, there is Shabalala who went in there, Mbokazi made the tackle. Is there contact between Shabalala and Mbokazi? We can show to you that there is no contact here.
"You can see he tried to make the tackle, but Shabalala jumped. There is no contact. So, this was the correct decision by Eugene Mdluli not to award a penalty," he explained.
The two giants will renew hostilities in the Nedbank Cup final at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
