Pirates registered the lead on the stroke of halftime after Moses Mphekgoane executed a corner-kick from Thuto Sesipi.
Sesipi guided the Buccaneers once more and allowed Siphamandla Msezane to come inside and bagged the net to continue his scoring run of form.
However, the Buccaneers numbers on field were reduced in the last ten minutes through Duane Bennett though still added a fourth later on through Mehluleli Maphumulo.
