Ndlovu sparked the ire of Kocaelispor supporters and officials earlier this week after a story he shared on Instagram was interpreted as being negatively directed at the club and their head coach Akçay.
Speaking to snl24.com/kickoff on Wednesday, the 31-year-old explained that his comments were aimed at an associate who had allegedly stolen from his business in South Africa and that he intended to clear the air with his employers upon his return to Turkey this week.
Ndlovu has struggled for form since completing his move to the second division side and his recent return to his homeland, coupled with the wording of his post, sparked unfounded reports that his time with the club was nearing its end.
Akçay has since called for calm amid the swirling rumours surrounding the striker's future and confirmed that he remains part of his plans for this season, albeit with the threat of disciplinary action looming over his head.
