In this edition of Supporters Forum, KickOff speaks to Thwihli Thwahla's fanatical Joy Chauke on her love affair with DStv Premiership side Royal AM.
Name Of Supporter...
"Joy Chauke, popularly known as Mama Joy. I'm from Dobsonville."

Club supported...
"I'm a Royal AM supporter, Thwihli Thwahla."
How long supported...
"Now it's been one year [plus four months] because I joined Royal AM on November 25, 2021. It's nice over here, siya thwihliza siya thwahlaza.
"The difference between supporting Orlando Pirates and Royal AM is that Royal AM is something new, me and the club are growing together whereas Orlando Pirates is a club from nineteen-thirty something. I don't even know who was playing there when it was formed. So Royal AM this is their second season in the PSL, ngingena nayo.
"I'm happy here because it's something new, and it's owned by a female."

Are you happy with the bosses?
"I don't want to lie I'm happy with them because they recognise me, every time they do something I am there with them. We are a family. Now as a supporter of Royal AM, I feel I am part of the family, here I don't feel like an outsider I feel like I belong here. I feel at home."

Are you happy with the coach?
"Yes, since John Maduka came back I'm so happy, you saw for yourself how the other coaches failed at Royal AM but Maduka turned things around instantly. Yes, we were beaten 5-1 by Mamelodi Sundowns but we all know Sundowns iyashaya.
"So, I can't judge John Maduka with Sundowns. All I'm saying is Thwihli Thwahla John Maduka is back and Sinki Mnisi is out!"
Are you happy with the players?
"I'm very happy with the players I don't want to lie, even now I thought Mfundo Thikazi would be part of Bafana Bafana or the Under-23s. He is still young but he makes a huge difference every time he comes on from the bench, kuvele kuthi Thwihli Thwahla!"
Who do you want them to sign?
"I'm very satisfied with the players we've got now. I wouldn't like to change anything."
Your message to the team...
"Thwihli Thwahla please know Mama Joy is always there to support you. We are there as supporters, we recognise you, and we will be behind you 100% as players of Royal AM, but when you are out. If you want to go tell us, you want to go. It's up to you to go. We can't tell you not to go, we must not fight for you guys, fight for yourself [on the pitch], make us proud as supporters because as supporters we want to be happy always. We want you to score goals and win the games that's it."
