Masango was reported to be on the way out at Naturena and speculation was rife that he could join either SuperSport United or Moroka Swallows.
The Mpumalanga-born midfielder's manager Walter Mokwena says he is not aware that his client has been put on the transfer list.
"I am not aware of that. Has Chiefs put that on their website or somewhere else?" says Mokoena.
Amakhosi have released Lucky Baloyi and Philani Cele on loan to Moroka Swallows.
