"I'm still on a break, I'm based in Soweto, but I have this project where I usually visit prisons in places like Barberton," Ndlazi tells KickOff.

"If I see a talented youngster, I recommend him to teams and apply for his parole.

"But I should be making a return to football, where at the moment there is still this excitement surrounding young coaches.

"Sometimes I go to businesses like Pick 'n Pay and request cigarettes I can donate to prisoners.

"I'm happy to see young coaches coming through, but they shouldn't rush them.

"Just the other day, I was speaking to the likes of Benni McCarthy who is currently at Manchester United.

"If you look at the likes of Pep Guardiola, Mike Arteta, behind them on the bench there are older men.

"The Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancellotti has already won a cup, but here in South Africa we are sitting at home with that kind of experience.

"I'm getting a lot of calls from the younger coaches who are asking for my advice on which system to use.

"What I tell them is that as a coach you don't come with a system, a system is designed by players.

"Coaches must know how to manage players, I think that's where the problem is.

"It's all about the handling of the players."
