Toni Silva, who most recently featured for Guinea-Bissau at the 2021 CAF Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon, has become a free agent after his contract with reigning Kazakhstan Premier League champions, FC Tobol, expired.
The 28-year-old featured in 24 matches for Tobol last season as the Kazakhstani side went on to secure just the second league title in the club's 55-year history, but he is one of six players whose deals were not renewed.
