Percy Tau will do duty for Al Ahly as representatives of CAF.

Emiliano Tade will again be wearing the colours of Auckland City as he gets ready for his ninth Club World Cup.

The Argentine has incredible footprint representation in this competition having arrived in New Zealand as a backpacker who then worked in a restaurant as a dishwasher before spells at AmaZulu and Mamelodi Sundowns.

However, there is yet another former PSL player – Dan Morgan.

Morgan spent two years playing for Maritzburg United after arriving at the club in July 2019 from Auckland City.

Through his first year, Morgan played 24 games for The Team of Choice before moving up to 26 in the 2020/21 campaign playing either as left-back, centre back or left midfield.

The option on his contract was not renewed the following season and he returned home to re-join Auckland City.

With The Navy Blues who are serial Oceania winners, Morgan has won both the domestic league and the Oceania Champions League.

It is now expected that he will be in the squad travelling to Saudi Arabia.

Morgan has had appearances at two Club World Cups.
