Mamelodi Sundowns were in a rampant mood after thrashing Golden Arrows 6-0, with Peter Shalulile bagging another hat-trick in the DStv Premiership.
Following a stellar display against Summerfield Dynamos, the Brazilians afforded Gaston Sirino another start as well as Khuliso Mudau, whle Siboniso Conco was the only change for Arrows.
Sundowns started promisingly and took the lead in the 18th minute as Sirino attacked an open space on the near side of the area to side-foot Mosa Lebusa's cutback into an empty net.
It took the reigning champions six minutes to extend their lead after Peter Shalulile sneaked in the area and headed home Lyle Lakay's corner-kick.
The disjointed opening escalated for Arrows as Masandawana nabbed a third goal minutes later when an unmarked Shalulile finished off a one-two with Themba Zwane for his brace and 20th league strike of the campaign, becoming the first player to reach that tally since Siyabonga Nomvethe in the 2011/12 season.
Abafana Besthende looked to stage a revival late in the half through a free-kick from Knox Mutizwa, but the effort did not trouble Sundowns goalkeeper Denis Onyango.

The visitors entered the second half eagerly looking to stage a comeback, with a triple substitution of Motebang Sera, Velemseni Ndwandwe and Lindokuhle Mtshali.
However, Sundowns continued to dominate midway in the second half and got a fourth goal when Shalulile dispossessed Thabani Zuke in the area for a simple finish that earned him another hat-trick.
Lehlohonolo Seema's side battled thoroughly but conceded a fifth goal with about 20 minutes to go after good footwork from Lebohang Maboe saw Pavol Safranko obtain to find the bottom corner.
Sundowns refused to let up in the last five minutes as a loose ball in the area from a ball out wide allowed second-half substitute Kermit Erasmus to fire past Gumede for his first league goal of the season.
The Brazilians managed the closing minutes quite comfortably though nearly conceded through Nduduzo Sibiya's rasping shot, but were rescued by the post as the clash concluded.
