El Shahat joined the Red Devils from United Arab Emirates outfit Al Ain in January 2019 in a deal worth a reported R70-million and has since developed into an integral part of their attack.
With his impressive form continuing upon his return to Egypt, the 28-year-old has been linked with moves away from the reigning African champions but he confirmed he has no desire to leave.
"I am continuing with Al-Ahly Club, but if the club decides to dispense with me, I will leave," he told MBC Egypt News before addressing talk of Sundowns and Zamalek.
"I want to stay at Ahly. Zamalek, of course, is a big club and has all the respect. I have an offer from Sundowns, as well as offers from Saudi Arabia and the UAE, but I will not reveal the names [of those clubs]."
With the Cairo Derby scheduled for Monday evening before the CAF Champions League home and away quarter-final ties against Masandawana ahead, El Shahat says he wants to move on from speculation around his future.
"I am focused on my work, and I was relieved of pressure from my heart, and I have a lot to offer to the club in the coming period," the Egypt international concluded.
El Shahat has scored 19 goals and registered 15 assists in 84 appearances since his lucrative $5-million transfer from the UAE Pro giants.
