With Orlando Pirates playmaker Patrick Maswanganyi facing criticism for not being effective of late, KickOff looks at whether there is any truth in that with the help of statistics.
Maswanganyi's critics are basing their argument on Pirates always seeming to play better whenever he is not on the pitch.

The Soweto giants also appeared stable when 'Tito' was an unused substitute against Stellenbosch FC, where they narrowly won 1-0.
In the second leg of the MTN8 semi-final last weekend, he was substituted just before half-time, with the team trailing 1-0, before eventually restoring parity in the 73rd minute.
According to former Pirates midfielder Xola Mlambo, Abdeslam Ouaddou's system of playing with "diagonal dodges" does not suit the former SuperSport United man.
"'Tito' is a good player, he wouldn't be called to the national team if he wasn't. Maybe the style of play of the coach is not suiting him. 'Tito' is a ball player, he's not a player where you have to see him chasing, going up and down," Mlambo said on Switch On Network YouTube Channel.
"You need to get him more on the ball. If you're not giving him the ball and allowing him to have the ball, then you're limiting his creativity.
"Always having to play diagonal balls, it has its advantage, but when wingers are playing as half-10s, it's an overload in a compressed space. So, you need players who are able to deal with that.
"You're going to play with diagonal dodges from the centre-backs, how do I involve myself? As a player, you have to adjust, unfortunately," he explained.
