In this edition of My Dream Team, former Silver Stars and Orlando Pirates defender-cum-midfielder Daniel Tshabalala names the 10 best players he featured alongside.
Formation
"3-4-3. That's the system I love the most. I know my team can defend and attack. But it will need certain personnel and quality to function well."
Goalkeeper
"Avril Phali. I played with him from our days at the amateur level and also at Bafana Bafana."

Defenders
"On the right, I will put Jimmy Tau, I want players who are comfortable on the ball, I want players who can play. I want ball players. To play in my team you must be a leader.
"I will put myself in the centre-back position, that is the position I loved the most.
"On the left, I will put the late Oscar Ntwagae. I played with him before he went to Sundowns. He was very influential."

Midfield
"In the middle of the park, I will have OJ Mabizela. I can alternate with him, if I attack he stays.
"On the left, I'm going to use a right-footer Lebohang Mokoena. He was more like Gift.
"On the right, I will have Steve Lekoelea. If they foul surprise on the edge of the box, Steve will score from set plays.
"Then I will have Perry Mutapa from Zambia, that man had some magic on his feet."

Strikers
"Upfront I will have the late Lesley Manyathela.
"I will also have the late Gift Leremi, and I will also have Surprise Moriri. They are going to play behind Lesley.
"Surprise is very comfortable on the ball and has a great first touch. Gift Leremi brings power, strength and penetration. He could also be my scoring machine. He could create and score at the same time."

Substitutes
"My reserve goalkeeper is Tsietsi Diale whom I played with at Silver Stars. That's the guy who helped me gain promotion by conceding less than five goals.
"In defence, I will have Lucas Thwala. A hard worker who is comfortable on the ball.
"In Midfield I will have Pitso Lekone. Very comfortable on the ball.
"I will also have Jabu Pule on the bench."
Coach
"I will prefer to be a player-coach in this team. I believe matches are won by players, not by a coach."
