SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo says half his job is done when it comes to preparing his charges to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the Nedbank Cup.
SuperSport and Sundowns are set to lock horns in the opening round of the final domestic cup competition of the season at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday evening (20h00).

The Tshwane derby is one of the most anticipated match-ups of the round, not only for the supporters of the two clubs but also for the players, and Tembo is comfortable with not having to psych his charges up to face "one of the best teams in Africa".
"To some extent we can do that, but I think if you look at the nature of this game – it's a derby, so I don't think there's any player that needs to be reminded of the rivalry between the two clubs," said Tembo.

"Already that's one area that you can know you're covered in terms of motivating the players, because already they want to play against one of the best teams in Africa – a team in the quarterfinals of the CAF Champions League.
"So, already for me that's motivation, and we would want to do well and beat a team that's already at that stage on the continent, so the players are self-motivated."
