Zinnbauer has come under fire in recent time by a faction of Pirates supporters who believe there has been a lack of direction under his watch.
Despite winning the MTN8 this season, some Buccaneers feel the team's continued failure to put up a convincing challenge against Mamelodi Sundowns for the league title.
Currently in fifth position, with 25 points collected out a possible 48 thus far, Jele has admitted that thing have been somewhat awry but backs the technical team to implement the necessary solutions.
"Each and every coach comes with their philosophy and we have to adapt to that. So far the coach has been doing well, we won a trophy under him and we can't deny that," defended Jele, when quizzed of the supporters making their frustrations known.
"So, as you know, things have been going wrong in the DStv Premiership but all that we need is consistency, because we've been winning, drawing and losing games.
"We need to be consistent, but all in all we have been playing and the effort is there. It's just a little bit of those mistakes that we need to fix, and obviously the coach is there to help us fix those and keep on going."
