Truter was placed on a two-week break with the club citing personal reasons for the enforced sabbatical.
Club boss David Mogashoa has already confirmed that Truter is due to return potentially after the FIFA international break.
"Well this is a special case with an agreement between the club and management," assistant coach Simo Dladla said.
"I spoke to both the club and management and they had agreed to that arrangement. So I don't know exactly what was discussed but they were in full agreement.
"They even appealed to the other guys to give their support until he [Truter] is back, so I wouldn't want to go too much into it.
"I don't really have the details in what was discussed, but yes there were issues that they wanted to work on outside of the environment."
