The sides played to a 2-2 draw in the first leg in Tshwane last weekend, with Matsatsantsa hitman Bradley Grobler grabbing a brace, while Khama Billiat and Leonardo Castro were on target for the visitors at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
"I think you saw what happened on Sunday. The teams threw everything at each other. I don't think it will be different again," said Tembo.
"Chiefs are an attacking team as well. We need to score at FNB, there is no two ways about it. I just hope we will get those opportunities.
"We will try to get an early goal which is going to be crucial. If we will get an early goal then we will be back in business."
Grobler and influential midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane are expected to return to SuperSport's starting line-up after being benched for the 2-1 league win over Chippa United on Wednesday.
Kick-off is at 20h15 at Soccer City.
