Zwane, who along with Mzikayise Mashaba and Leonardo Castro, missed last week's CAF Champions League semi-final second leg against Zambian side Zesco United, with his place filled by the versatile Asavela Mbekile at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
However, Sundowns spokesperson Thulani Thuswa has revealed that Zwane will be fit for tomorrow's clash at Mbombela stadium.
"It was just an injury but he is fit now and raring to go," Thuswa tells snl24.com/kickoff.
Zwane, who joined Downs from Golden Arrows in 2014, is looking for his second MTN8 trophy after winning the event with Arrows under Manqoba Mgqithi in 2009.
The 31-year-old has made the right-back position his own at Chloorkop since the departure of Ramahlwe Mphahlele to Kaizer Chiefs.
