The Clever Boys will host The Brazilians at the Mbombela Stadium next Saturday, October 1, in a battle for the first trophy of the 2016/17 season.
The League have since postponed the two side's respective fixtures against Ajax Cape Town and Bloemfontein Celtic, which were scheduled for next Wednesday, September 28.
This is in accordance with the League's rules, which state that the two teams contesting a final are allowed a week off prior to their encounter.
Wits advanced to the final following a 3-0 aggregate victory over Cape Town City, while Downs narrowly overcame Chippa United by a solitary goal in their second leg semi-final on Wednesday evening.
