Following four months of twiddling thumbs on the sidelines since leaving AmaZulu FC, midfielder Celimpilo Ngema is finally geared up for what lies ahead this season having found a new club.
Ngema has joined Kruger United, who compete in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

The 27-year-old joined AmaZulu from Tshakuma Tsha Mazhivandhila in 2023 but parted ways with them in April 2025.
One of the biggest achievements in his career thus far was winning the 2021 Nedbank Cup with Tshakuma.
He was also instrumental in Marumo Gallants reaching the sem-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup in 2022/23.

Kruger, who play their home games at Kanyamazane Stadium in Mpumalanga, finished fifth in the second tier last season, just three points shy of qualifying for the promotion/relegation play-offs.
They kick off their campaign with an away fixture against Upington City at the Sisa Dicky Jacobs Stadium next Saturday.
