According to several sources, the Summerfield Dynamos coach has now joined Motsepe Foundation Championship side Magesi FC.

Larsen is expected to be unveiled by Magesi this week and was spotted in the stands when the Limpopo club beat All Stars 1-0 on Saturday at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Larsen comes in as a replacement for Jacky Ledwaba who might get a new role as an assistant.

Magesi has so far collected 16 points in their last 12 matches, and currently occupy second spot.

"Yes, Clinton Larsen is our incoming coach, though it is not clear yet how long he has signed for," an insider tells KickOff.

"But as you are aware NFD contracts are usually for a year, So I suspect the deal is for until the end of the season.

"Magesi management was very impressed with Summerfield Dynamos' good run in the Nedbank Cup under Clinton Larsen, hence they've decided to bring him on board."

Both Larsen and the Magesi management could not be reached for comment.
