Mamelodi Sundowns have put themselves within sight of stretching their dominance further in matters relating to winning trophies.
Sundowns will play in the Carling Knockout final against Magesi on November 23 aiming to have a trophy addition for the 12th consecutive season.

The Brazilians have won at least one trophy every season since the 2013/14 campaign when Pitso Mosimane guided them to the league title.

The League Cup has been a trophy that the side have won only four times, while they have also lost another four finals, which includes the years when dubious officiating had them losing consecutive deciders against Chiefs in 1997 and 1998.
Besides aiming for their eighth league title and then Carling Knockout, Sundowns will also have the CAF Champions League, Nedbank Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup to play for.
