Brazilian striker Arthur Sales has emerged as one of the two topmen in the efficiency ranks involving minutes played against goals/assists at Mamelodi Sundowns.
This has come out as a surprise considering that Sales started the season slowly.
He only scored his first goal for Sundowns in his 11th appearance, which was against Sekhukhune United at the end of November.

That goal came from the penalty spot in what was also his second start at the club having played from the first whistle in the previous match against Congolese club AS Maniema in the CAF Champions League.
The ice break goal reduced the critics talk around his price tag, having cost the club about R60 million when joining from Belgian Second Division club SK Lommel at the start of the new season.
This put him as the most expensive incoming transfer in the history of domestic football.
With The Brazilians doing reviews of their domestic and continental campaign this week, Sales is second in minutes played weighed against goals/assists.
The 22-year-old played in 39 games, totalling 1876 minutes, and came out with 19 goal contributions (9 goals and 10 assists).
It means he either scored a goal or had an assist with every 98,74 minutes spent on the pitch.
Compared to all other forwards, Iqraam Rayners was top at 96,58 minutes per goal/assist at Chloorkop.
Rayners joined last August having already made an appearance in the MTN8 for Stellenbosch FC.
He went on to play 2994 minutes for Sundowns (43 appearances) with a return of 31 goals/assists (22 goals and 9 assists).
Lucas Ribeiro Costa played 3796 minutes (48 appearances) with 20 goals and 13 assists.
