What's the story?

The South African played the full 90 minutes as his side FCSB beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 2-1 on aggregate in their second qualifying round. Next up, they will face Czech club Sparta Prague in another two-legged encounter.

If the defender's side manage to claim another victory, they will book their place in the play-offs at which point they will be one step away from competing in the continental club competition.

Check out what the fans had to say about Ngezena's progress:

"This guy is doing great," says Rangerover Angzwanga.

"What a baller... The only South African baller that will play UEFA champions League," says Classic Sport Channel.

"I think he can be a good addition to the team since the team lack someone like him in the creativity and goal-scoring," says Mbhoni Erasmus.

"Hardworking player," says Jabu Victor Mahlangu.

"I'd take Sirino any day without thinking twice! Yes he is old but his quality is there for all of us to see he will give us one or two good seasons while we look for other better players," says King-Dave Themba Sindane.

"He might be old but he is way better than most inexperienced Chiefs players at the moment," says Mulaudzi Mphephu.

"It will end in in tears, no Sundowns reject has ever excelled at Chiefs," says Bvanyangu Mombeyemashanga.

"I would have liked to see him at Supersport United," says Nkanyiso Shandu.

"I wish the transaction fails, KBY has been selling us rejects for the longest time now, you will know the performance of the player until they start playing with Amakhosi," says JD SoHleliwe Skosana.

"It seems Chiefs worship former Downs players ai but maybe Sirino might deliver," says Lenzo Langa.
