PUMA and AC Milan have unveiled an imaginatively stylish new 2025/26 third kit said to be inspired by one of the world's fashion capitals. Here's a look!
The story
Global sports brand PUMA and AC Milan have unveiled the club’s 2025/26 third kit – a vibrant design that blends football heritage with Milan’s world-renowned fashion influence.
The new kit features a bold reimagining of the iconic ACM monogram, echoing the aesthetic of Milan’s luxury fashion houses and honouring the club’s 1995/96 Serie A title-winning season.

It comes in a striking sunny yellow with rich green detailing – a colourway that embodies both elegance and boldness.
Marco Mueller, PUMA’s Senior Director of Product Line Management, said: “Milan is a global fashion capital. With this kit, we wanted to create something that celebrates the city’s unique style while paying tribute to the club’s legacy.”
AC Milan Chief Commercial Officer Maikel Oettle added: “This launch marks an exciting milestone during our Pre-Season Tour. The design is bold, fresh and rooted in our heritage – a perfect reflection of AC Milan’s identity.”
Unveiled in Hong Kong at the PUMA Store in KAI TAK SPORTS PARK MALL, the kit will make its debut on 26 July when Milan face Liverpool in the Hong Kong Festival of Football.
Available in both Authentic and Replica versions, the kit incorporates PUMA’s dryCELL technology and ULTRAWEAVE fabric for high performance.
The Replica jerseys also support sustainability through PUMA’s RE:FIBRE initiative, made from 95% recycled textile waste.
The 2025/26 Third kit will be available from 25 July on PUMA.com, in PUMA stores, and at Sportsmans Warehouse for R1 399.
