After a standout 2024/25 campaign, Mabasa certainly deserves the break. He was instrumental in Bucs’ attacking force, netting 15 goals across all competitions.
Having regained top form and confidence, Mabasa’s performance this past season not only silenced critics but also re-established him as a key figure in the Sea Robbers squad.
With rest and recovery now soon to be over, Mabasa will soon return refreshed, ready to hit the ground running and lead the Buccaneers' charge in the new campaign.
Pirates will travel to Spain for the pre-season camp, where they will play several teams under a new coach, who is yet to be hired.
