Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Yusuf Maart has lauded the impact of his new midfield partner Edson Castillo following a bright start to life as a Glamour Boy.

The recently signed Castillo has been in great form for the Soweto giants, contributing three goals in seven appearances in all competitions.

Maart described Castillo as a great player, praising his style of play, passing ability and adding that he adds value to the team.

Head coach Molefi Ntseki has shared a crucial update regarding the return of Kaizer Chiefs vice-captain Keagan Dolly.

The 31-year-old hasn't featured for Amakhosi so far this season as he nurses a torn ACL injury, suffered in April.

The Khosi Nation won't have to wait long for Dolly's return, with Ntseki saying the attacker is edging closer to recovering after playing 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly.

Ntseki says Dolly looks sharp and hopes he'll be available for selection in the next week or so.
