After Bafana Bafana secured a spot in the quarter-finals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, they have given their nation a reason to dream and one star already looks like a champion.
Aubrey Modiba was an integral of the defensive line up that overcame a dangerous Morocco front line during their Round of 16 tie, keeping them out of goal despite conceding a penalty.

If the Mamelodi Sudowns star and his compatriots continue their current trajectory, they could be well on their way to winning South Africa's first AFCON title since the 1996 triumph.
Modiba seems to be in the correct mind state heading into the QF, by dressing like a champion! Many people would consider being a champion as a state of mind, and winning the mental battle before going out there to reap the physical rewards of preparation.
What is evident with the 28-year-old is that everything he chooses to wear screams confidence, and that is an important aspect in the makeup of a champion's mind.
And for some people, it may even be the case that when they dress well, they feel confident. Judging by the way Modiba dresses, he must be high on confidence on a regular basis!
