The DStv Premiership clash, known as the biggest sporting event in South Africa, will take place this coming Saturday.
The last time the two sides met was back in March, where Chiefs sealed a 2-1 win thanks to Reeve Frosler and Eric Mathoho goals.
Saturday's clash will see Pirates, fourth in the league standings on 19 points, face Chiefs in fifth place one point behind the Buccaneers with an opportunity to leapfrog Satuday's opponents with a win.
