Molefi Ntseki's coaching approach has been laid on the floor by a former Kaizer Chiefs striker who played under him before graduating to become his technical team colleague.
The appointment of Ntseki as the new head coach at Kaizer Chiefs will continue to be a subject of debate for weeks to come considering that he has never been a head coach of a top league club.

Ntseki coached Welkom Stars in the lower divisions then went on to Harmony Academy before taking charge at African Warriors in the NFD after which he then served as an assistant coach at Bloemfontein Celtic.
"He is a scholar coach who keeps his mind open to learning all the time," says Fees Moloi.
Moloi is well informed to voice his opinion about Ntseki having played under him at Warriors in the 2007/08 season before working with him as team manager after his retirement.
The plus for Moloi is that he also played for Chiefs.
"Someone can argue that he never played at this highest level but then that doesn't count for anything because the football brains are there in Ntseki.
"With the football trends changing every now and then he is up there, and I say this because he is someone that I talk to.
"Ntseki is a good guy who is open and loves learning about the game all the time.
"The truth about football is that you will always be learning and with him, he loves to hear the opinions of others because he is a team player who wants to involve others around him.
"Football answers come from making considerations for opinions.

"At Warriors, his assistant was Morena Ramoreboli who has also made huge strides in his career.
"Their combination was wonderful because they are humble human beings who love their trade and easy to approach, unlike other coaches.
"With the two of them they were open for suggestions and all of us in that team, were involved for the betterment of the team.
"Even with me, I was captain and then team manager and was involved in how the team should play.
"It wasn't their way and no way.
"I think this is what his success will be built on because he is not about himself.

"I'm glad that they chose someone from here at home because it benefits the country.
"I know that people will be quick to mention his lack of experience in coaching at this level, but I think with the right structures at the club, he will come good," says Moloi.
