Kaizer Chiefs defender Inacio Miguel is already walking towards a Bad Boy reputation a mere six matches since his arrival at the club from Angolan champions Petro de Luanda.
While Miguel has been noticeable for his leadership influence, what has also now become a concern is the regularity with which he has his name in the referees' black books.

On Saturday, he was sent off after 54 minutes, leaving Amakhosi to play over half-an-hour a man short.
The burly defender had missed the midweek league match against Magesi FC due to another suspension relating to four yellow cards, which he got in his first five games.
Miguel got yellow cards in games against AmaZulu FC, Mamelodi Sundowns (league), and in the two games against SuperSport United, leaving Marumo Gallants as the only opposition that he came out clean against.
That 2-2 draw at Magesi became the first that he has missed this season after having quickly established himself as a dominant figure at the back.
The league rules state that a suspension comes into effect after four yellow cards with the games out increasing by one for every subsequent four.
With the sending-off on Saturday, Miguel will now miss the games against Richards Bay FC (November 27) and Royal AM (November 30) as per the NSL Handbook.
CHAPTER 5: DISCIPLINARY MATTERS 53. DISMISSALS
"53.1. A Player dismissed by the referee (i.e. "red carded" or sent off, including dismissal as a result of 2 (two) yellow cards given in the same match) will, for the first occasion in a Season, be suspended from participation in the next 2 (two) matches to be played by his team in any Competition under the auspices of the League.
"53.2. For each subsequent occasion that a Player is dismissed during the same Season the period of suspension will be increased by 1 (one) match from the suspension previously served," states the NSL Handbook.

Miguel is now running the risk of having a similar reputation to Morgan Gould, who had the most red cards in one season in the history of the PSL when he was sent off thrice (2007/08) while turning out for Jomo Cosmos.
Gould was a regular in referees' books with 12 yellow cards in the 2010/11 and 2016/17 seasons and eight in 2011/12 and 2017/18.
